Anna Kelly, MPP, CMVP, PMVA, is a principal consultant with a distinguished career in energy efficiency and regulatory affairs. Her extensive experience includes working with a wide array of utilities and energy organizations to optimize energy management and sustainability practices. With a deep understanding of both policy and technical evaluations, Anna has demonstrated her expertise through the successful execution of complex projects and the development of innovative methodologies.
Anna is an active participant in industry working groups and demonstrates a commitment to advancing energy efficiency with her role as Chair of the North American Strategic Energy Management Collaborative, role as Chair of the RESNET Standards Development Committee for meter-based emissions, and her placement on the Certified Measurement and Verification Professional certification board. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the energy sector, Anna was honored with the 2023 Young Energy Professional of the Year award from the Association of Energy Engineers.
