Our Story
Founded in 1990 by three engineers who met in school and shared a conviction that technical rigor could drive real environmental progress, SBW Consulting spent three decades building a reputation for work that holds up under scrutiny.
In 2014, long-time engineers Bing Tso and Faith DeBolt stepped into leadership. Under their direction, the firm expanded from its evaluation roots into program design, building performance standards, measure development, and direct implementation. The expertise deepened. The ambition grew.
Lattice Energy is the next chapter. Same team, same standards, same commitment to getting the numbers right. New name that reflects where the practice has been heading: deeper into energy strategy, measurement, and the analytical rigor that drives real results.
