Patrick St. Mary

Patrick is a results-oriented business development and sales professional with experience building strategic partnerships, managing complex sales processes, and growing business across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His areas of focus include business development, territory sales management, government and nonprofit partnerships, contract negotiations, proposal development, pipeline management, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Lattice Energy Works, he managed government and nonprofit partnerships across the western United States and previously led account management and strategic development efforts across the same region. Earlier in his career, Patrick worked on early building performance initiatives at University Mechanical Contractors, and served at Uptime Institute, working closely with engineers on data center design, build, and operational certifications.
