Energy Engineer
Blake comes with industrial engineering, business optimization, and energy efficiency experience from Southern Oregon’s lumber industry. He has been involved with both the human and electromechanical optimization of stud, veneer, plywood, engineered wood, and wastewater treatment facilities. Project work includes operations data analysis, line control philosophy, constraint-breaking experiments, capital project management, and delivering Energy Trust of Oregon’s industrial program to Douglas and Coos Counties.
Educated with a B.S. of Mechanical Engineering, Blake’s academic background also brings over 7 years of CAD and machine design experience.
