Lead Engineer
David has eight years of experience implementing energy efficiency programs, specializing in Measurement & Verification and program operations. He is experienced with energy conservation measures in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, including lighting, building envelope, water heating, motor systems, and other measures. David has focused on providing accurate and actionable potential studies and has conducted several meta-analysis projects covering hundreds of diverse efficiency measures. He has worked on programs operating in the New England, Mid-Atlantic, and Midcontinent regions within the RTO footprints of PJM, ISO-NE, and MISO. He also has experience with valuation software, portfolio analysis, quality control, and energy market reporting. David has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
