Santiago has thirteen years of experience with modeling and verification for energy efficiency measures in applications ranging from high performance residential buildings, data centers, offices, and industrial processes. Past clients include Bonneville Power Administration, Energy Trust of Oregon, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, Washington State Department of Commerce, Avista, Seattle City Light, Puget Sound Energy, Pacific Gas & Electric, NYSERDA, and others.
He has a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University with a focus on building science and is a registered mechanical engineer in Washington State.
